Rikki Lubin

I’m Rikki Lubin, the founder of Synergy Learning Connections and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a deep passion for helping individuals with developmental differences thrive. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Temple University and a Master’s degree in Special Education. My background includes extensive experience in Relationship Development Intervention (RDI), which has profoundly shaped the way I approach ABA therapy. I would like to express my gratitude to Dr. Steven Gutstein and Dr. Rachelle Shelly for their invaluable work and training during my time as a previous RDI consultant.

To me, RDI is where social-emotional development and teaching truly come together. This philosophy is at the core of how I train my team and work with families. I believe that therapy should be more than just modifying behavior—it should nurture meaningful connections foster emotional growth, and empower both the child and their family.

Synergy Learning Connections focus is reshape the field of ABA ensuring that every child receives compassionate, individualized care that prioritizes their emotional and social development for clients and their families.

Outside of my work, I love spending time with my family, biking, and most of all, I truly love what I do. Helping children and families grow and succeed is not just my career—it’s my passion.
