Rikki
Rikki Lubin is a BCBA and the founder of Synergy Learning Connections. She created the 'ABA a Different Way' approach, combining evidence-based practices with warmth, creativity, and a deep understanding of each child's unique needs. Rikki is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of children and their families through compassionate, personalized ABA therapy.
Abby
Abby holds a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Neuroscience from Florida State University and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Behavior Analysis Practice from the Florida Institute of Technology to become a BCBA. Before becoming an RBT, she worked in after-school programs and as a preschool teacher in an inclusion setting. Abby is creative, reliable, and kind, with a deep passion for making a positive impact on children's lives.
Chelsea
Chelsea holds a BA in Psychology and is also an art teacher. As an RBT with several years of experience, she is passionate about making therapy both creative and enjoyable. Drawing on her artistic skills, Chelsea brings a distinctive, playful approach to therapy, helping children engage and flourish in a dynamic, creative environment.

Ana
Ana is a dedicated RBT with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Florida Atlantic University. Her patience, compassion, and creativity drive her passion for helping children reach their full potential. In her free time, she enjoys playing beach tennis and spending time at the park with her dog.
Esther
Esther has been an RBT since 2022, working with children to support their growth and development. Before that, she spent two years as a preschool teacher’s assistant in South Florida and New York. Outside of work, she loves singing, dancing, decorating parties, and spending time with her large family. Passionate about making learning fun, Esther brings energy and enthusiasm to help clients reach their full potential.
